I am Levent and I am from Turkey. I am an electrical engineer and I was working as a maintenance engineer in a factory in Manisa TURKEY. Obviously that was not my calling. I decided to change my field and I started to study computer science last year while I was living in America. Actually, what I started is not Computer Science , rather Information System Management. I already took 8 classes (mostly about information security) and I still continue. I should admit that management is totally different from what I want now. I should have learned more technical stuff before I took management classes. Anyway, to learn network technologies more deeply, I started to study Cisco certificate exams. I already got CCNP and CCNA Security. Now I am pursuing CCSP and CCIP. These will not the last certificates I want. Like a lot of Cisco guy, I want to get CCIE and I will have it eventually. Here is my certificate path (I do not know when I can get these certificates, because exams are too expensive for me while I am not working. I am currently looking for information technology job in Izmir Turkey)
SNAF (in one month after I find a job)
SNAA (1 month after SNAF)
SNRS (2 months after SNAA)
IPS (2 or 3 months after SNRS)
MCITP (right after I get CCSP, I didn't decide the order of the exams yet)
CEH (after I learned a little bit of linux to use security tools)
CCIE Security (I need lots of experience, so I am not sure when I will be ready)
